Monthly, Half-Yearly, and Annual Plans: Refunds may be requested within the trial period.

Refunds will not be granted if:

An account is terminated for false information during registration or guest reporting.
A user voluntarily deletes their account.
The request is made outside the applicable refund window.
The user violates the Terms of Service.
A substantial portion of subscription benefits has already been used.
