  • Monthly, Half-Yearly, and Annual Plans: Refunds may be requested within the trial period.

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • An account is terminated for false information during registration or guest reporting.
  • A user voluntarily deletes their account.
  • The request is made outside the applicable refund window.
  • The user violates the Terms of Service.
  • A substantial portion of subscription benefits has already been used.
